Wash and cut baby corn. Apply Salt and place for 1 h. Now boil Baby-corn for 3-4 minutes. Drain the water and dry for 2-3 hours. Now put in the jar above Baby-corn add hot oill and pour the entire contents. Shake. Keep for 4-5 days in sun. Pickle is ready.
