Methi Malai Seenkh


Chopped and Boiled Fresh Fenugreek 200g Cheese 75 grams Potato 75 grams Roasted Cashews and Peanuts 30 g Green Pepper 2 chopped Ginger and Garlic (chopped) 15-15 grams Grated Chesse 50 gm Salt to taste


Mix all the ingredients together and separate in two parts. Take 2 seenkh and wrap the mixture on them. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Pull out the seenkh. Cut the bar in pieces and serve hot.
