Special Mango Roll


Milk (to make Chhena) 2 liter Mango 500 grams Castor sugar 50 grams Grounded Cardamom 3-4 Coconut Powder 100 g Lemon 1


Heat milk and add the lemon juice while boiling to make cheese. Tie cheese in cloth and hang for half an hour till the water squeeze out. Now mash the cheese in a plate with hand and spread it in a thin layer on a polythene sheet. Cut the mango in very small pieces and spread smoothly on the cheese . Roll the cheese slowly in form of a bar and wrap the polythene around it and deep freeze it. Take out the frozen bar. Cut it in pieces and serve.
