IngredientsFinely chopped raw mango – 1 cup Sugar – 5 teaspoons Fennel seeds – ½ tsp Nigella seeds ( Kalonji) – ¼ tsp Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp Hing – 1 pinch Oil – 2 tsp Salt – as per taste
Boil 5 cups of water in a pot. Add salt, turmeric, 3 tablespoons sugar and mango put for 10 minutes, then drain it. Take a pot with 2 teaspoons oil and heat and add fennel, kalonji, hing and then roast. now add salt, rest of sugar and pour mango and roast. Remove from fire and serve hot or cold with puri or paratha.
