Mashed Cheese ½ kg Maida 60 grams Bundi 50 grams Sev (Barik Bhujia) 2 large spoons lemon juice 2 tsp Green chili chopped 3-4 Chopped Coriander 2 large tbsp Fennel seeds ½ tbsp Salt as required


Mix Cheese, Maida, salt, Make round balls. Mix together Bundi, Sev, lemon juice, green chili, coriander, fennel seeds and salt and make a mixture. Stuff round balls with this mixture, and fry into hot oil like pakoda. Decorate with tomato, cucumber, green Sev and cheese. Serve with sauce.
