IngredientsOrange – 1 Naseberry (chiku) – 1 Cherry, Strawberry, Kiwi, orange juice – ¾ cup Cream – 2 cups Icing sugar – ¼ cup Strawberry Jam – Refined flour ( maida) – 1½ cup Sugar – 1 cup Eggs – 3 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp Water – 2 tbsp
Beat eggs with blender. Add sugar and continue to beat . Add lemon juice, water, and maida into egg mixture and mix properly. pour into baking dish and bake in the preheated oven at 180 centigrade for 45 minutes. Let it cool before demoulding. Cut into two parts. Pour the orange juice on both parts. Mix icing sugar, ½ cup cream. Spread the cream mixture on both parts. Fill the piping bag and make a Jam border with it. Decorate with sliced fruit. spread some icing sugar on it and serve.
