Crispy Rice Bread


Flour 1 cup Semolina 2 large tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Celery ¼ tbsp Milk ¾ cup Salt as required


Cooked Rice 1 cup Carrots 1 tbsp Bell Pepper (finely chopped) 1 tbsp Finely chopped Onion 1 tbsp Ginger paste ½ tbsp Green Pepper (chopped) ½ tbsp Salt as required Ghee


Make dough of all the ingredients and keep covered for 15 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon butter. Put the onions in it and broil. Now put all other filling ingredients and broil and add salt. Take dough and put 1 teaspoon filling in center to make a little stop over and take Prathan Bell. Put butter on the pan and broil until Prathan get cooked. Serve with pickles.
