Bread slices – 6 Raw Coconut – ¼ cup grated Yogurt – ½ cup Green Coriander – Green Chili – Bell Pepper – Tomato – Onion – Cabbage – Carrot – Oil –Instructions
Mix yogurt, green chillies, coconut, coriander leaves and salt and grind them. Mix all vegetables and put them in microwave for 3 minutes. Spread the yogurt mixture over bread. Bake for 10-12 minutes over 180 degree Celsius. Serve hot.
