IngredientsGreen bananas – 3-4 Gram Flour – 2 tbsp Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies, Coriander paste – ¼ cup Red Chili powder – Garam Masala powder – Oil – Yogurt – 2 tbsp
Peel bananas and cut into thin long 2-inch pieces. Heat oil to roast the pieces. Mix all ingredients and put it on bananas. Cook 5-6 minutes in micro or until tender. Serve with coriander leaves.
