Ingredients
Whole Coriander Seeds – 30g Toor dal – 20g Black Pepper – 5g Asafoetida – 2g Cumin – 5g Bengal gram – 20 grams red chillies – 5 grams Metha Dana – 5 grams black salt – 5 grams chaat masala – ½ spoonInstructions
Except Asafoetida, salt and chat masala. Roast all other spices until it become dry pink and cold it. Mix all the ingredients and grind it.
