Ingredients
Asafoetida – ¼ teaspoon coriander – 2 tsp (Sabt) Anise – 2 tbsp Cumin – 1 tbsp Amchoor powder – 2 tbsp Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp Salt – ½ tbsp Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp red pepper – 2-3 Garam masala – 1 tbspInstructions
Roast asafoetida, coriander, fennel, cumin, fenugreek seeds and red pepper. Mix the spices and make it cool at room temperature and then grind it.
