Stuffed Masala


Asafoetida ¼ teaspoon coriander 2 tsp (Sabt) Anise 2 tbsp Cumin 1 tbsp Amchoor powder 2 tbsp Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp Salt ½ tbsp Turmeric powder ½ tbsp red pepper 2-3 Garam masala 1 tbsp


Roast asafoetida, coriander, fennel, cumin, fenugreek seeds and red pepper. Mix the spices and make it cool at room temperature and then grind it.
