Ingredientscheese – 250g Condensed Milk – 50g Raisins – 30g Cashew – 30g Salt – as required Pepper – as required Cream – 200 ml Some saffron threads – Refined oil – 30 grams Garam massala powder – 15g
Take the cheese and cut thick layer of half or 1cm. Shred the remaining cheese. Mashed with Condense Milk, salt, pepper, cashew nuts and raisins. Now put cheese mixture on cheese sheet. Apply coat of light warm milk mixed with saffron thread. Pour little milk and saffron on it . Now put in the tray.put the tray in OTGand cook it lightly. Serve it hot.
