Ingredients

Potatoes 50 grams Carrots 50 grams Beans 50 grams Cauliflower 50 grams Bread crumbs 25 grams Salt and pepper as required green chilli 1-2 Chopped coriander leaves 1 teaspoon Cheese 1 strip Oil for frying

Instructions

Chop all the vegetables in small peices and boil. Saute in a pan to dry out excess water. Add Salt-pepper, bread crumbs, green pepper and coriander. Mix well and prepare round ball placing a piece of cheese strip inside it. Fry the balls till golden brown. Serve hot with mint chutney.
