IngredientsPotatoes – 50 grams Carrots – 50 grams Beans – 50 grams Cauliflower – 50 grams Bread crumbs – 25 grams Salt and pepper – as required green chilli – 1-2 Chopped coriander leaves – 1 teaspoon Cheese – 1 strip Oil – for frying
Chop all the vegetables in small peices and boil. Saute in a pan to dry out excess water. Add Salt-pepper, bread crumbs, green pepper and coriander. Mix well and prepare round ball placing a piece of cheese strip inside it. Fry the balls till golden brown. Serve hot with mint chutney.
