Ingredients
Low-fat butter – 2 tbsp Chopped onion – ½ cup Chopped capsicum – ½ cup garlic finely chopped – 1 bud Chopped tomatoes – ½ cup Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon Chili powder – ½ teaspoon Black salt – ½ teaspoon Kitchen King Massala – ½ tsp Salt – as required Cut into long strips remaining Roti – 5 Coriander leaves – for garnishing Slice of lemon –Instructions
Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan and put the onion and capsicum. Saute on a medium flame till the onions turn transparent. Sprinkle a little water to avoid the onions and capsicum from burning. Add the garlic, tomatoes, turmeric powder and chilli powder and saute on a medium flame for another 5 minutes. Add the black salt, kitchen king massala and mix well. Add the chapati strips and toss well. Serve hot garnished with coriander and lemon wedges.
