Almond Choco Rolls

Ingredients

Outer layer

Marie Biscuits 12 Condensed Milk 1-2 tbsp Powdered sugar 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder 5-6 tsp Milk 1 tsp

Filling

Powdered almonds 1/4 cup Powdered sugar 1/4 cup or as required Almond Essence (optional) 2 drops Butter 1 tbsp Melted Milk 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

Mix well all the ingredients of outer layer to form a chapati dough. In another bowl, mix all the filling ingredients. Roll the chapati dough to a 1/4″ thick rectangle on a Butter paper/parchment paper. Carefully spread the Filling mixture on top of it. Slowly lift the edge of the paper & start rolling. Make a tight roll by pressing the edges slowly. Refrigerate for 3-4 hrs. Remove the paper roll, Cut into 1/2″ thick discs & serve.
