Outer layerMarie Biscuits – 12 Condensed Milk – 1-2 tbsp Powdered sugar – 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder – 5-6 tsp Milk – 1 tsp
FillingPowdered almonds – 1/4 cup Powdered sugar – 1/4 cup or as required Almond Essence (optional) – 2 drops Butter – 1 tbsp Melted Milk – 1/2 tbsp
Mix well all the ingredients of outer layer to form a chapati dough. In another bowl, mix all the filling ingredients. Roll the chapati dough to a 1/4″ thick rectangle on a Butter paper/parchment paper. Carefully spread the Filling mixture on top of it. Slowly lift the edge of the paper & start rolling. Make a tight roll by pressing the edges slowly. Refrigerate for 3-4 hrs. Remove the paper roll, Cut into 1/2″ thick discs & serve.
