Lemon – 500 g Fennel – Thyme – 2 tsp Red chillies powder – as per taste Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon Sugar – 300 g Black salt – 1 teaspoon Garam masala – 2 tsp Lemon juice – 1 tsp Salt – 3 tspInstructions
Wash the Lemon and Cut into four pieces. put salt on the pieces and put in jar and place in sun for 2-3 days. Add all ingredients and lemon juice after it get pulpy and again place it sun for 8-10 days. Here Pickle is ready to eat.
