Lemon Pickle


Lemon 500 g Fennel Thyme 2 tsp Red chillies powder as per taste Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon Sugar 300 g Black salt 1 teaspoon Garam masala 2 tsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Salt 3 tsp


Wash the Lemon and Cut into four pieces. put salt on the pieces and put in jar and place in sun for 2-3 days. Add all ingredients and lemon juice after it get pulpy and again place it sun for 8-10 days. Here Pickle is ready to eat.
