onion-potato rosty


Potato 4-5 Sliced onion 2-3 Melted butter 1/4 tbsp Salt as required


Boil potato lightly. Peel and grate them. Mix with the onion, garlic and season with salt. Heat butter in a large, heavy-based pan. Add the grated potato mixture, flatten and cook over a medium-low heat for about 10 minutes. Turn carefully and cook other side for further 10 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce.
