Mix Maida, semolina, ghee and pour milk in small quantity till it become a soft dough . Roast Mawa and date palm mix sugar and cool. Mix saffron and cardamom. Filling is ready. From the dough of flour etc. Prepare small pieces and roll them in form of small round puri. Take the puri in hand and fill it with the filling. Close like a bundle. Fry in the hot oil till it become golden brown. Prepare sugar syrup by boiling 1/4 cup of water and sugar. Dip the ready bundle in sugar syrup and serve hot.
