Hot Chocolate mousse

Ingredients

Milk 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder 2 ¼ cup cheese Cubes 1 cup Sugar 6 tbsp Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp Plain Flour (Maida) 2 ¼ tbsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Fresh Cream 1 ½ tbsp Grated Dark Chocolate 2 tbsp

For garnishing

chopped walnuts (akhrot) few

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients, except the cream and the chocolate, and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the fresh cream and chocolate and fold gently. Pour equal quantities of the mixture into 4 individual bowls of approx. 50 mm.(2”) diameter. Place all the 4 bowls in a microwave and microwave on high for 1 minute 40 seconds. Serve immediately garnished with walnuts.
