For battermaida – ¾ cup water – ¾ cup
Boil the bananas. Peel off the skin. Mash the bananas. Combine salt, corn flour and lemon juice.
Heat the ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds along with cloves and cinnamon. Add the peas, green chilli paste, salt and grated cheese. Cool the mixture until dry.
Take the banana dough. Add in the stuffing inside and seal it from all sides. Repeat with the remaining banana dough and stuffing. Add the water in the flour. Drop the stuffed bananas in it. Now roll the stuffed banana over the bread crumbs. Deep fry till golden brown. Serve crisp.
