Crispy Corn


sweet corn 200 g maida 25g garlic paste 1 tsp onion chopped 1 big sized green chilli chopped 1 tsp capsicum chopped (red, yellow, green) 1 to 2 tsp black paper to taste salt to taste oil for frying chat masala to taste chopped green coriander 1 tsp coriander leaves for garnishing chopped tomato 1 small sized


Take a pan and put in sweet corn, maida, garlic paste, black paper, salt and 1 tsp oil and stir it.
Then fry in oil on a medium flame till they are crisp and golden. Before serving, add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped capsicums, chopped tomato, chopped green coriander and chat masala. garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Serve hot with coffee & tea.
