IngredientsNadru – ½ kg Curd – 500 gms Chopped onion – 1 cup mustard oil – 150 gms Salt – to taste Mixed whole masala – 1½ tsps Fresh chopped coriander leaves – for garnishing
Peal and cut the nadru into diamond shapes. Boil it and set aside.
In a non-stick pan, heat the oil till smoking point and switch off the heat. After 2 minutes, turn on the heat and add mixed whole masala. Saute till it crackles.
Add chopped onions and saute until light brown. Meanwhile, add the garam masala in the curd and mix well.
Add nadru and salt to the sauted onions and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the curd mixture and ½ cup water to it. Stir to mix and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with steamed rice.
