Doodhi Kabab


Grated Doodhi (Lauki) 500 gms Soya Granules 50 gms Boiled Potato grated 1 small Chili powder ½ tsp Black Salt ½ tsp Dried Mango Powder ¼ tsp Cumin Powder ½ tsp Coriander Powder ½ tsp Hung Curd Non Fat Plain 1 tbsp Green Chili Chopped 1-2 Olive Oil 1 tbsp


Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of salt on the grated Doodhi and leave for 20 minutes and squeeze out the water.

Soak soya granules in water for 10 minutes and squeeze out the water.

Add all ingredients and make 12 small round balls, press balls in both palms to make shape of kababs.

Pre-heat Oven to 180°C and bake balls for 10 to 15 minutes.

Serve Hot with Green Chutney or Tomato Sauce.
