Ingredientsmilk – 1 litre sugar – 1/2 cup cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp leftover baati pieces – 1 cup
Either crush baati with hand coarsely, or chop into tiny cubes.
Heat milk, bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes.
Add baati, simmer for 5 minutes, add sugar, stir to dissolve.
Add cardamom powder, stir, simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve hot as an even meal by itself.
