Ingredients
Pita bread – 2 cut into half Lettuce – 4 leaves Pickle cucumber – 3 or 4 (chopped) Yellow bell pepper – 2 tbsp (chopped) Red bell pepper – 2 tbsp (chopped) Beetroot – 2 tbsp (grated) Sour cream – 4 spoonful Salt – as required Pepper – as requiredInstructions
Cut each bread in to two equal halves. Fill each pocket with lettuce, pickled cucumber, yellow and red bell pepper, beetroot, salt pepper and top it up with sour cream and serve.
