IngredientsLauki (grated) – 2 cups Milk – 1 litre Khoya – 1 cup Sugar – 1/2 cup Cardamom Powder – 1 tbsp Green edible color – 1/4 tbsp
Boil milk in a pan.
Add grated lauki into the boiling milk.
When the milk reduces to half of its original quantity, add khoya, sugar and the green color.
When the froth starts leaving the side of the vessel, transfer it in an pre-greased aluminium tray.
Add cardamom and cut it into pieces after an hour.
Lauki Ki Burfi is ready to serve.
