Mash the Potato. Heat oil in pan.Add mustard seeds , then add all the spices. Add Curry leaf. Cook 1 minute on low flame .Mix in all the rest of the tempering ingredients and add to the mashed potatoes. Add a little salt and flour to make a thick batter. Make potato balls of potato mixture and dipped one by one in flour batter and fry on medium heat until golden brown in color.. Serve hot.
