Corn Masala Idli


Idlian 7-8 Small onion, cut into thin slices round 3-4 Green chillies 2 Mustard seeds ½ tsp Steamed corn ½ cup Sambar Masala ½ tsp Roasted cumin ½ tsp Salt as per taste Curry leaf 7-8 Refined oil 2 teaspoons


Heat oil in pan. Bhunen and remove the onion until golden. Mustard seeds and curry leaves in oil Ctkaan survivors. Add green pepper. Add corn and Idlian. Over sambar powder, roasted cumin, salt and stir. Bhunen 5 minutes. Serve with peanut sauce.
