Semolina 1 cup Bean sprouts 1 cup Peel and finely chopped tomatoes landed 3-4 Green pepper, finely chopped 2 Steamed spinach ½ cup Water 1 ½ cups Mustard seeds ½ tsp Salt as per taste Pepper as per taste Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Oil 2 tsp


Remove roast the semolina in a pot. Put oil in a hot pan. Ctkaan rye. Bhunen tomatoes and green chilies 2 minutes. Sprouted putting green gram Bhunen 2 minutes. Spinach, salt, pepper stir. Add water and lemon juice and let simmer 1. Mix semolina and cook continuously running water dry

Serve hot.
