Chapati Masala Noodles


Low-fat butter 2 tbsp Chopped onion ½ cup Chopped capsicum ½ cup garlic finely chopped 1 bud Chopped tomatoes ½ cup Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon Chili powder ½ teaspoon Black salt ½ teaspoon Kitchen King Massala ½ tsp Salt as required Cut into long strips remaining Roti 5 Coriander leaves for garnishing Slice of lemon


Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan and put the onion and capsicum. Saute on a medium flame till the onions turn transparent. Sprinkle a little water to avoid the onions and capsicum from burning. Add the garlic, tomatoes, turmeric powder and chilli powder and saute on a medium flame for another 5 minutes. Add the black salt, kitchen king massala and mix well. Add the chapati strips and toss well. Serve hot garnished with coriander and lemon wedges.
