Cottage cheese (paneer 250 grams Condensed milk 1/2 cup Edible yellow colour 2-3 drops Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp Kewra essence 2-3 drops Pistachios(sliced) 10-12


Take grated cheese in a pan. Add condensed milk, mix and cook on medium heat. Add yellow food colour and mix. Add cardamom powder and kewra essence Roast till the mixture is dry and begins to leave the sides of the pan. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and set aside to cool. Shape into pedas and place a sliced pistachio on top. Store refrigerated.
