Wash Sago and soak in water for 1 hour. Now drop out the water form sago and leave it for 2-3 hours. Be sure to mash boiled potatoes, green pepper and finely chopped green coriander. Grind the roasted peanuts. Now mix Sago, potatos, green peppers, peanuts, coriander leaves. Wet hands and shape into cutlets into the hot oil Fry until golden brown Serve hot sago cutlets with peanut sauce.
