Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup Grated cheese 1 cup Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon Butter 2 Tablespoon Soda bicarbonate 1 Pinch Milk 2 Tablespoon


Sieve flour, soda-bicarb and salt together in a large mixing bowl.
Mix butter and cheese and add flour to it and knead to a hard dough with milk.
Knead well and keep for 1/2 hour in the fridge.
Knead again and roll out the dough as thin as possible.
Grease a baking tray.
Put the thin pastry in it.
Mark the cuttings into small squares.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 10 minutes.
Remove from the tray and cool completely.
