Ingredients
Maida – 1 cup cocoa powder – 2 ½ tsp Baking powder – 1 teaspoon Salt – 1 pinch Milk – ½ cup Sugar – ¾ cup Ghee (vegetable) – 3 tsp Brown sugar – ¾ cup Instent Coffee – 1 smal lSpoon cream – 1 cup cashew nut or Wal nuts – 3-5Instructions
In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt. gradually add milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil and stir for 2 minutes. Now in 1 ½ cups boiling water, brown sugar, coffee, add 1 teaspoon cocoa. On baking add this mixture to mixture of the maida. Prepared mixture put in the baking tay and heat the oven for 30-35 min. Place in the fridge to cool. Serve with cashew or walnuts and cream
