Chocolate pudding


Maida 1 cup cocoa powder 2 ½ tsp Baking powder 1 teaspoon Salt 1 pinch Milk ½ cup Sugar ¾ cup Ghee (vegetable) 3 tsp Brown sugar ¾ cup Instent Coffee 1 smal lSpoon cream 1 cup cashew nut  or Wal nuts 3-5


In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt. gradually add milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil and stir for 2 minutes.  Now in 1 ½ cups boiling water, brown sugar, coffee, add 1 teaspoon cocoa. On baking add this mixture to mixture of the maida. Prepared mixture put in the baking tay and heat the oven for 30-35 min. Place in the fridge to cool. Serve  with  cashew or walnuts and cream
